Lots, variable weights and traceability were spread across spreadsheets and a separate invoicing tool. Nobody could tell what a processed product actually cost, and every e-invoice meant re-typing data already recorded elsewhere.
The approach
A modular ERP built around the real workflow: lot-based warehouse with FEFO, pricing that derives the selling price from the cost of the lot, bills of materials for processed goods with genealogy and waste, a barcode-and-scale tablet UI for order picking, and FatturaPA XML generated from the delivery notes. Roles and permissions map onto who does what.
L'esito
One system from goods-in to invoice, traceability from lot to delivery note, and e-invoicing ready for the SDI channel. Eleven modules covering parties, catalogue, pricing, warehouse, processing, sales, invoicing, bank, HR and integrations.
