L'esigenza
The site was old, slow and unusable on a phone. Bookings went through the switchboard, and out-of-hours requests were lost.
The approach
A custom WordPress theme built on a visual redesign true to the historic brand, bilingual content strategy, booking system integration and a layout drawn for the phone first.
L'esito
Out-of-hours requests no longer get lost: a booking is completed from the phone, in Italian or English, and the switchboard stays free for the people already at the table.
