Company email signatures are rebuilt by hand, one person at a time, and break in half the mail clients. Selling the fix as a subscription in Switzerland means handling 8.1% VAT, B2B export exemption and invoices that hold up to an audit.

The approach

A live editor with debounced preview, eight email-safe HTML templates, a central brand kit and team import to generate consistent signatures in one pass. Stripe for payments, our own invoicing rather than Stripe Invoices, and a fourteen-section staff console for support, billing and compliance.

L'esito

An owner sets the brand kit once and every signature in the team follows. VAT is applied or waived automatically according to the customer's country and status, and every signature is available as HTML through a dedicated endpoint for automations.
